On October 31, 2025. From 6:00 to 8:00 pm, the KAS Student Council hosted a fantastic Halloween Haunted House event at the backstage area of the auditorium. The event was one of the most exciting activities of the season, and it truly brought out the spooky and Halloween spirit from everyone.

For an entire week before the event, all StuCo members worked hard after school to design and prepare the haunted house. From setting up the creepy props and lighting, as well as audio to play in the background. There were also student helpers, who volunteered to be “Scarers” and “Makeup Artists”; they were truly passionate about their work and gave their best efforts.
On Friday, all helpers gathered at the theatre classroom at 4:30 to start getting ready. They put on the final touches, assign their scaring zones, and prepare bloody costumes; makeups for the night. This event could not have happened without all this creativity and amazing teamwork.

As the clock hit 6:00 pm, people started gathering for registration, and all StuCo members, student helpers got into their positions. Outside of the auditorium also different snacks and drinks hosted by the Baking Club and Red Cross Club. Meanwhile, there were Halloween movies playing at the media center for students to relax with their friends while having snacks.
A lot of students came to join the fun. The haunted house was filled with screams, laughter, and excited voices throughout the session. The engagement went on over time until 9:30 pm due to more and more people wanting to have a chance to go through the haunted house. Many of the helpers took their responsibilities and stayed late over the end to help clean up.

The “Halloween Haunted House” event held by KAS Student Council was successful, as even though it was a long and tiring night, everyone agreed it was worth it, and they had unforgettable memories.
