As an Ariana fan, watching the first Wicked movie was truly a magical experience. Hearing Ariana’s voice in such an iconic musical felt incredible, and the movie ending on a cliffhanger left me wanting so much more.

Naturally, I was really excited for Wicked: Part Two. But honestly, it was a little disappointing. (Spoiler alert!) The whole situation with stealing someone else’s boyfriend was genuinely shocking, and some of the story choices felt a bit off to me.

That being said, hearing Ariana sing in a musical is still a dream come true. The production quality, visuals, and performances were amazing. I just couldn’t believe they left out a few important scenes I expected to see in Part Two.

Because of that, I’m tempted to give the movie a 4/10.

Compared to Part One, it definitely felt weaker though many critics say this is expected, since the first Wicked musical has a stronger plot and more powerful songs.

Still, I would encourage people to watch it, especially if they’ve already seen Wicked: Part One. It’s a great continuation of the story. And even if you haven’t watched the first movie, you can still enjoy it there are movie marathons showing both parts back-to-back.
