Before & After Video: X Country Competes in Yokohama

Our Varsity Cross Country team competed in Yokohama, Japan this past weekend in the AISA tournament. Eight boys and eight girls competed in a 5K on the first day of the competition. Over 90% of students reported their times (included in the video below) as their personal best.

Coach Daniels told the students she was "extremely proud of them and that they should also be very proud of themselves."

On the second day, students also ran a 5K but this time in a relay format. The overall competition was won by KIS (Korean International School) for the 7th year in a row.
